LeadStash Terms and Conditions

This License permits you to use the accompanying Data (hereinafter Data) , including any Documentation

provided with it, on a single computer at a time. You agree the data purchased is for internal use only and may

not be resold without express written consent from LeadStash.com (herinafter Company). Anyone reselling data purchased from LeadStash.com without consent may be subject to civil damages.

You are free to modify and/or adapt the Data provided in non-compiled form for your own use, as a single-user licensed product. You may not sell, license, sublicense, transfer, make copies or, or otherwise make available any portion of the Data, to anyone outside of you own personal or business use. In addition, you may not: (a) rent, transfer, or grant any rights of the Data to any person other than as expressly permitted in this Agreement; (b) host the Data on a web site without the express prior approval of Company. You agree that the Data will not be shipped, transferred or exported into any country or used in any manner prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act or any other export laws, restrictions or regulations.

This Agreement is effective for a 1 month time period from the current billing date. Upon which time the user's license becomes inactive unless a subsequent month's subscription was automatically billed and paid for. Upon termination you must destroy the Data and Documentation and all copies thereof.


Except as provided herein, the Data and Documentation are licensed to you "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Company expressly disclaims all other warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, and non-infringement. Furthermore, Company warrants or makes any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Data or Documentation in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise

Due to the nature of the services provided and that you will have full access to all data upon subscription, LeadStash DOES NOT grant any refunds for any purpose.
COMPANY' S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, OR ACTIONS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LICENSE FEE PAID TO COMPANY FOR THE USE OF THE DATA. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE DATA, OR THE DATA, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.


You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Company from any claim, action, liability or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees and costs) arising out of your use of the Data. You confirm that your use of the data is in compliance with all local and federal laws and regulations.
